In Singapore.. you would DEFINATELY get it in Little India.. Mustafa Centre! Mustafa is this Huge shopping centre..you get all kinds of indian things there.. and ive seen henna packets there too! Go check it out,, youll get it there for sure! i dunno the names of any specific brands.. but you can always ask the ppl there .. and its pretty cheap.. so you can pick up 2-3 brands. Youll get henna powder in packets..! all you have to go with that is add a lil water to the powder to make a thick paste. Leave the paste in a covered bowl for about an hour. This helps in developing the colour. then all you have to do is put it iver your hands.. you can out it into an icing bag.. ( you can make an icing bag with plastck paper) and then amke whtever designs on your hands! once thats done wait for the henna to dry up.the longer you wear it,.. the darker the colour will come out to be.. and try not to wash your hands asfter you wear it.. or it wont come out too dark..! preferabely wear it in the evening.. dust it off when its dry.. and sleep without washing your hands,,! when you wake up in the mornin.. youll get a lovely dark henna colour.. then you can wash your hands..! try it out..im sure about this stuff!! All The Best!

Amazon.com also sells henna kits - they're pretty easy to use and some even come with stencils to help. They range in price starting aound $10. Wherever you do end up getting it I do just want to caution you against using black henna - from what I understand it contains a pretty harmful chemical called PPD.
