I use aloe vera gel and it does wonders. I have also heard cocoa butter is good.
There is an actual product out for diminishing scar tissue. It's called MEDERMA.

was going to suggest cocoa butter but it was all ready said. It did wonders for my 4 surgery scars on my left knee

My sister used vitamin e gels caps (she broke them and put it on her chicken pox scars) and it worked some... Ive also seen a commerical for mederma or something like that

use any creams which contain the ingredient hydroquinone.this ingredient is known for fading the scar for a prolong usuage.
