It depends and it's relative.
See when´you are writing exam, there are less seconds in a minute.
When you are waiting for your girlfriend to come to ur place [where u live alone], it seems there are more seconds in a minute.
When you are done with your girlfriend, it again seems there are more seconds in a minute, before she goes.
And when you are in real love with someone, it seems there are infact less seconds in a minute, before she goes back and u have spend very little time with her.

Technically and truly, everyone says there are 60 seconds in a minute. I too believe so whatever the situation is.
