Well, first off...kudos to admitting you wear nappies...wow. Actually, if she's a good person who can actually understand the porblem/fetish, then don't sweat it. If she throws a fit, her looks addled her brains and she has no heart. She probably picks her nose or scratches her *** when no one is looking. Or something far worse! It's his choice, not hers. But if it affects the relationship AFTER acceptance, then habits need to change.
(and sometimes, fetishes just go too far. getting your nappie changed as a turn on hints to some dark history in your childhood...and you need to talk to someone about that.)

I know you asked for girls only to answer but I had the same situation in reverse.
I met a girl and fell head over heals for her then found out she liked diapers.
The difference is that she wanted to put them on me and change me and treat me like a baby from time to time.
At first I thought it was really weird but I loved her so much I would do anything to please her, including wearing diapers when she wanted me to. I would let her baby me, and cuddle me, the best part was when she wanted to breast feed me, now that is incentive right there.
When all was said and done, I came to look forward to being diapered by her. I enjoyed the extra attention she bestowed on me. I came to like wearing them whenever I could, so I guess I have her to blame for my now wanting to wear them whenever I can.
She is no longer in my life but the diapers are and they always bring back good memories of the times we had together. We separated as real good friends not on bad terms, her job took her away from me (another story).
My point is, we shouldn't be so quick to judge. How does the saying go? Unless you have walked in my shoes? Well, unless you have tried diapers and all that goes with it, don't make a rash judgement until you do.
Enjoy whatever brings the two of you closer together in a relationship, whether it be watching old movies together, or just changing each other's diaper.
Good luck.

I wear diapers every day and night - however I am a very small person - NOT a midget or dwarf - I am just very small - I am also incontinent - I have several ladies that stay with me and change my diapers when they are wet - This is not my fantasy or sex thing - I just never grew in my body - You should try and understand - if he is incontinent than he can not help himself - and he will not want you to change his diaper - if not than just understand his fantasy and let him enjoy - I am sure the sex will be great !!! What is sex ? Never had it -

Hm... Im not really into the nappie/diaper thang myself, dont find it very attractive... So I'd have to say that I wouldn't want to pursue the relationship any further.... I'd recommend he found another girl who was into the baby nappy thing...

If he needs them for health reasons that is one thing. But if he wears them because he wants to that is just to weird. Dump him he is to kinky. I changed enough diapers when my kids were babies, I sure would not want to do it for a grown man.
This is for (user name NOBODY) Why do you answer so many questions with " Learn more English" That is so rude.
