I miss mine...sort of sad since school started - mine are in middle school. It isn't like I don't have a life, I am taking a part-time vocational course and start another college course next month, I have lots to do, but the kids are so busy now, even after school, I don't see enough of them. Am I the only one who feels like this?

"Nobody": I just took a look at the answers you've been giving people:

You give every question the same answer, "learn more english" (which, by the way, should read "Learn more English"). Those are not answers, those are repeated postings (violation), not an answer to the question (violation), and point-gaming because you are obviously doing this either for the two points or to be the first to reply to a question. (violation)

I was feeling kind of pathetic about missing my kids this week, but a look at your posting history has reminded me what "pathetic" really is. Thank you! :-)

Yes I miss my kids since school started back. I have a full time job, but it was nice when they were out for the summer, we had more time together. Now it seems like we only have dinner time together. My 2 oldest have home work And of course all 3 want to play out side with there friends after school. I can't imagine how I would get through the day if I didn't have my job.

I do, but my situation is different. My nephew started daycare and I started Grade 12. I miss him so much! This whole summer I spent most of my days with him and now I hardly see him. Between school, homework, and afterschool activities, I try to spend as much time with him as I can, but it's not enough.

The little guy made me an Auntie so I try to be the best Auntie I can.

moms feel that. when we were in college and our eldest was away for work, she was asking 'why do you grow up so fast?'. well, with the school activities and all, that's expected. you dont see each other too often, but youll get used to it :)
