Is this necessary? Do we need the government to regulate our sex toys? Why is GreenPeace concerned with Sex toys. I am not making this up. It is a news story on Yahoo news. I wish I was making this up.

I was aware of their issue with the chemical. I was just surprised that this is part of their mission. It makes them look sensationalist and ridiculous

I thought the liberals were against any kind of regulation on anything related to sex.

Greenpeace is doing everything so that people do not forget about them.

Sex toys are good if it can prevent rape and the spreading of Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

Greenpeace needs to protect the Earth's environment and stay out of people's sex lives.

Those are the words of the AP reporter, not his. It's just wishful *projection* on her part. He's calling for *all world governments* not *A world government*.

Greenpeace are the biggest waists of human flesh. I also read an interesting story about them - how they were protesting the genetic altering of crops. They spread a bunch of stories about how genetic crops were going to lead to genetic deformities in babies. The funny thing is that genetic crops are the most regulated food industry in our country. They are more regulated than the food that we normally buy.
The second funny thing is that the people who benefit the greatest from genetic crops are those living with starvation. Crops are being altered so that they produce more food, and can grow in more harsh environments. Litterally billions of people's lives have been saved by these crops.
Did that stop Greenpricks from going over to Africa to warn their leaders about this "poisonous abomination" that westerners were trying to feed to them - no. South Africa, one of the countries with the biggest population of starving people, recently rejected genetic crops as a solution due to the bad information that was being fed to them.
Do you think those idiots at Greenpeace missed a night of sleep, or a meal about it??? No, they probably congratulated each other over a nice dinner at a posh restaurant.

Environmental group Greenpeace called on the European Union to ban the use of chemical plastic softeners in sex toys because they contained dangerous substances known as phthalates...

The substance is used to soften plastics and PVC plastic. Greenpeace stressed that a ban on phthalates would not mean the disappearance of people's favourite sex toys as there are plenty of non-toxic alternatives.

If you had read that story, rather than just reading the headline, you would understand that they found dangerous chemicals in the sex toys that have been banned from other products. They aren't trying to take our dildos away from us, just the soft squishy ones.
