I take it that you're talking about Steve Irwin? Steve Irwin has a sense of humor. I'm pretty sure he'd laugh when people would comment, "Crikey! He died!"
I remember when he appeared on a talk show and the host asked, "What are you gonna do when a croc starts eating you?" Irwin's response was "I want them to keep filming to let other people know how crocs eat people."

its such a shame that people can't just celebrate his life for what it was - incredible.
