Osama Bin Laden claimed responsibility for the September 11, 2001 attacks on in a video message broadcast October 30, 2004.
So, yes, I believe he is ultimately responsible for 9/11.

I don't believe anything anymore..
The world is a small place now with all the gadgets and gimmicks.
A tall goofball wearing a white robe can stick out like a sore thumb.
When I was a kid, they told me to beware of the boogey man.
Now I grew up, and they show me images of the boogey man and tell me to believe.
Bin Laden forgotten is an invention to keep the economy going.
