Your Avatar looks like a girl or woman. Why are you asking this question in the Men's Health section?
Just teasing. Of course, these are exorcises that woman can do. I've heard of other benefits besides the sexual ones but I've never heard of them causing or increasing high blood pressure. It's been awhile since I worked as a R.N., but I don't know of any medical way that they could cause high blood pressure.
Like any exorcise, make sure that you breathe while you are doing them and don't hold your breath. Holding the breath while tensing muscles in your abdomen will increase the pressure around your heart. This can be very dangerous. More people die of heart attacks while sitting on the toilet, straining to have a bowel movement and holding their breath, than in any other way.

I highly doubt that doing KEGEL exercises increases blood pressure or even causes HIGH blood pressure!
That is a VERY good question to ask your DOCTOR!

Your body is designed to pump blood more when you are working out. Working out actually strengthens your heart. Having high blood pressure doesn't strengthen your heart, it weakens it. Having your heart at an elevated workload 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for probably YEARS is not good for the heart.
