I am absolutely ZERO % country. While working oil and gas, I had to live in Casper, Wyoming for 4 years, 2 weeks and 36 hours. At the time, the only FM channel they had was a country western station. I hated Casper and I hated country western music.
Note: Apologies to those of you who live and like Casper. It is a nice city but I'm a big city boy and to me, Casper was hell.

Perhaps 2% country, the other 98% ROCK AND ROLL!!!!
I give country music, which for the most part I find BORRRRING! - 2% because there WERE a few country/pop oldies, way back when, that I must admit I liked, and still like, a lot!
Though I am hardly impressed with country music on the whole (most of it kinda sounds the SAME to me!) - at least it's not offensive, toxic filth, like that RAP sh*t!!! While having to listen to country music would be merely ANNOYING - rap would send me into a rabid FRENZY of loathing and disgust!
Of course, I'm not big on what is classified as "rock music" these days, either. The good stuff's ALREADY been done, no matter WHICH genre you prefer! So I pretty much stick with the great music of the '60s - '80s. It's all just lame-o rehash nowdays!!!!

A LOT OF BOTH & ANY MUSIC REALLY!
I was raised on Gospel and 60-70's Country,
in teens was Rock & Roll & Country.
My kids raised the roof w/ Rock, Pop, Rap.
I was the ONLY parent hollerin' "Turn the music UP"!!!!
Like Blues, Soul, Jazz just ALL music.
I love to sing but can't carry a tune in a bucket.
Oh, well...

both but I usually play rock and blues and latin styles on the drums. I just sang "Ready to RUn" at a Karaoke in Saturce, Puerto Rico last night and played with other percussionists to salsa, merengue, baladas, etc.
