Well i think most men have this problem. Its either too small or they are just not satisfied with what they have. See sometime size do matter for the women. I am not sure if this helps but there is this medicated oil called Minyak Lintah. You can get in at places sells Jamu(Indonesian/Malay herbal remedies)

Other then that you can go to JB to get it.

Early this year, there was a case in Singapore because of small penis the teenage boy (a junior college student) committed suicide. Thus, hopefully you don't get so upset because until today there is no medical surgery that can enlarge your penis. Only those con-man around can tell you wonders.
