no i don't think so. they'll first attempt unmanned before sending humans out there. and they won't just take any risk like that and hiding it from the wrold and all.
i mean, if they are counting on a mission to be successful, thenthey'll make quite a hullaballoo about it... you, know so that when its successful the world'll know who to thank. but if they are apprehensive of any mission's success, then they won't take a risk and send valuable human resources out to die....
