koz first they made them out of iron but rust got them and it was bad..so they switched them to plastic ;)

not just celebs these days, loads of people are having plastic surgery. And other stuff such as fake tan, fake nails, hair extensions....I think it's all OK so long as you don't go over the top and look like a deformed barbie.

because that is a glamor business,every thing there is plastic,from camera to their smile,their behaviour,their heart.they cannot present themselves what they are(in real)as acting is acting nothing is real.actually they have to make money not relationships

So called celebrities present to the public a "persona", your not getting the "real" person. They show you what they want you to see. It's pretence, get it?
