Yes, I believe so. A few years ago there was a case in Rochester NY where an employee of a nursing home raped a woman who had been in a coma for a long time (at least a couple of years, but I think longer), and she gave birth to a healthy child before she finally died. (They were able to ID the rapist from the child's DNA.)

In Coma patients, the brain stops functioning but other organs of the body do their job but not like a healthy human. As the patients are able to digest water, fruit juices and food crushed in liquid form, they urinate and evacuate. Similarly, it is also possible that they will menstruate but not like a normal healthy female and it also depends upon her hormonal conditions and if she has not reached the stage of Post-Menopausal Syndrome and was safe from hysterectomy before entering Coma.

It would be advisable if you check personally with the relatives of a patient already in Coma near you to satisfy your question and also you can ask your family doctor about it. Take care and be in good health.
