I don't know about Vaseline, however, I do know that olive oil works great. Apply olive oil to your abdomen, hips, etc. each morning and night before bedtime. I faithfully followed this advise from my former boss who was raised in the Middle East. At first I thought it was an "old wives tale", but was proven wrong. I am "stretch mark" free!

Nothing works on stretch marks. Once you get them, they are there for life.

You can get stretchmarks if your skin's flexibility is not enough to support your sudden weight gain/weight loss. Unfortunately, you can only get rid of it using laser (ask your dermatologist about this). As for creams, your best bet would be any brand of cocoa body butter lotion to minimize its appearance.

My friend used this & it worked well:
Lunar Baby Belly Cream--I have no idea what is in it, other than it was toted as "natural" but it did contain Vit-E--that is all I remember for certain--and it did work!

Vit E oil or Strivectin does. You can just research them and learn more.
