Pigs don't sweat at all because they don't have sweat glands;
Most desert animals don't sweat;
Gazelles don't sweat - (and, what's really strange, is that a sand gazelle shrinks its liver and heart to cope with long periods of drought in extreme heat. Don't ask me how, but they do, I read it).
Some horses sweat, but others pretty much can't sweat and are called "Anhydrotic."
Ferrets have poorly developed sweat glands and will die very quickly from heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
Now, hippos have no sweat glands or scent glands, but they do have a subcutaneous (just under the skin) mucous gland which secretes an oily red fluid that protects their skin from sunburn and drying.
This one really interested me: (I just copied it for time sake):
Elephants lack sweat glands in their skin and their ears act like radiators for releasing body heat. By flapping them, an elephant brings the many blood vessels within each broad ear into contact with the air, which cools the blood before it circulates again through the body.
Dogs, cats and mice have sweat glands in their feet. Dogs pant when they are hot because their sweat glands are not sufficient to cool down their bodies. In addition, their tongues allow the water from their bodies to evaporate and cool down their bodies.
Cats do not pant, but they lick the bottoms of their paws and their chests to cool down. The water on their fur will cool down their bodies.
Birds pant when they are hot and this will cause water to escape through their air sacs, but as far as I could find, they don't seem to sweat.
Human beings DO sweat (we are animals too).
Rabbits have sweat glands around their lips.
Other animals like reptiles must go underground to cooler surroundings, or burrow into cool soil and open their mouths very wide, (or die - sure sucks to be them!)
Hope that helps you a bit. Thank you for asking that question! I enjoyed researching it. :)

There are actually more animals that DON'T sweat than there are animals that DO. Dogs, cats and mice have sweat glands on their feet. Cats also lick the bottoms of their feet and their chests and the evaporation of their saliva cools them down a bit. Rabbits have sweat glands around their lips. Some reptiles burrow into cool soil to keep cool, they don't sweat.
Horses sweat, so do hippopotamuses.
Animals have come up with different ways to keep cool like panting, getting wet, rolling in mud, burrowing.

Dogs and cats do not sweat as people do. Panting and radiation of heat from the skin surface are their main means of controlling body temperature. If the air temperature and humidity are high and air circulation is reduced, these protective mechanisms are inadequate. Body temperature can then increase dramatically, resulting in collapse and severe shock. Animals not treated promptly may die.

Pigs don't sweat. They lie in mud on hot days to stay cool. That is why at shows you see people pouring water on the pigs as they are being shown, if they overheat they can die very easily. My friends son lost his 1st place pig that way at a show. We show through 4-H...

This is the same technique I have taught over 138,000 men and women in 157 countries to successfully treat their excessive sweating condition over the past 7 years!

Dogs. That's why they pant when they get hot. They don't sweat, so panting is the only way they have to cool off.

I don't believe reptiles sweat, since many of them sit under heat lamps all day and I've never seen one perspire.
