Drinking too much alcohol causes major brain damage like holes in the brain but I can't remember what it's called. It affects the body because the alcohol breaks down into the liver and that becomes swirvel up like a purne. The only way you can reduce the damage that alcohol does to your body and brain is not to drink at all.

It depends on your body chemistry. Some people cant stop when they drink and that destroys any positive effect that alcohol might have . And this includes Wine. If you drink a bottle of wine a day as opposed to a glass a day you are not getting any health benefit.

Yes and it soon recovers to lead you on to drinking more and herein lies the danger.
If you regularly drink you don't feel or act drunk.
If you don't drink one can will make you drunk.
I am 83 and drink only one can a day but I am a well built male and very active.
Horses for courses a they say but if you are young, under thirty, stay away from it you have a lot more to do with your life and money.
