dream symbols are actually a personal interpretation but this may help you. Good luck!

I have had a reoccuring dream that happens like once every year or so, about having ALL my teeth fall out. It's real scary because it takes like 5 minutes.. One will get loose, then another, and I stand there in horror as my whole mouth just becomes a graveyard of falling teeth. I'm not a dream interpreter and i dont know any dream interpereters, but if you ask me I think it just symoblizes change. Sometimes nightmares are expected to be associated with bad things when really it could just be an unpleasant experience foretelling a good one.

You shouldn't worry about Freud. Most modern psychologists discount his theories and most of his theories have been proven through research to be false. Dream interpretation in particular, is thought by most modern Cognitive-Behavioral Psycholgists to be essentially meaningless. A way for the sleeping mind to keep some activity, if you will.

Additionally, there have been numerous studies that have documented that psychoanalytic counseling/therapy (that was Freud's specialty) is almost totally ineffective in treating anything and in many cases, people actually became worse not better!

Freud was an addict that smoked more than a dozen cigars a day (!) and was addicted to cocaine. He ended-up taking his own life to end the pain that he was suffering from cancer and his addictions to cocaine.

So you see, it doesn't really matter what Freud would say!

I was told that when dreaming of losing a tooth it means death is around or nearby! I do believe that because I once had a dream of my tooth falling out and my dad passed away a month later! Also a helpful website would be www.dreammoods.com ! The website includes a major dream dictionary! Good Luck!
