The short answer is Yes. The longer answer is that intelligence is made up of a number of elements, and it is not likely that two people randomly chosen who have the same nominal IQ will actually have the same values of the various elements.

Yes, IQ varies for each person. It is all about how much do you use your brain, how do you think (logical or not), and how do you react to a situation.

But, IQ is not the only important thing. There are still EQ, SQ, et cetera

IQ is Intelligent quotient (i suppose you know) and it is measured by:
mental age
--------------
chronological age
(i mean mental age divided by chronological age) . so obvious people have difference in ages as well as mental development so therefore iq for every person is different...
