If you realize you are about to do it, and cannot make yourself stop, and feel you absolutely have to do it, then it may be. More than likely, it is a bad habit and you don't realize you are doing it, so it is hard to stop.

Get some glasses - even clear lenses and wear them, that way you will become aware when you start to do it because the glasses will be in the way, and can stop it. If it is a habit, just replace it with something else

You mean pinching the bridge of the nose? It is actually a subconscious way of relieving stress.

An annoying habit??? Sounds like a social disease...you are an obvious menace to society!!!

Alternatively, it depends on how often you do it and when. Sometimes people do things like that to help them concentrate; then it isn't a problem. If you find that you are doing when you are talking to people etc I can see how it would be annoying; possibly a slight OCD.

Try finding something to do with your hands...make sure it is something socially acceptable

You just need to get off Yahoo Answers.

One annoying habit always leads to another.
