I'm 27 weeks I thought I was lactating as well but its don't come out of the actually nipples it comes from the bumps around the nipples and that's just a lubricant at least that is what i read.

My first pregnancy there was no leaking .. they got a little bigger but there wasnt any leakage. It took a bit after my daughter was born to get them going. I didnt notice anything coming out at all for the 2 days. It was the night of the second day that she was on the breast for 4 hours switching between both... ( she wasnt being satiated... Id take her off and she would bawl like crazy ) and then all of a sudden something let go and I was spraying across the room!
I would consider yourself lucky that you are producing so much and so fast. It was a real concern for me that she wasnt getting enough from me, I wasnt a good producer I guess.
not like some women Ive talked to who were producing early and then making more than enough for their child.

My nipples started leaking some sort of fluid at about 16 weeks. I've read you don't actually produce milk until about three days after giving birth. The first liquid is just whatever is being cleared out of your milk ducts. The next liquid is called colostreum (sp?). It sustains the baby for those first few days. It can begin to be produced before you give birth. Then, finally, you produce milk.

That's probably not breastmilk. It's probably something called colustrum. It's normal. Believe me, you'll know when your milk comes in. Those suckers will be huge. Mine went up to DD in like one day about 3 days after each of my kids were born.

I would talk to your doctor about this, but I have heard of women doing it as early as 15 weeks. Take care!congratulations!
