2nd Ad
Is a two bedroom, one bath, 1 car garage house built of stucco (stucco is a material made of an aggregate, a binder, and water which is applied wet, and hardens when it dries)
I would find out what other renters are paying to rent similar properties. Depending on how slow the rental market is, negotiate with the landlord to get a better deal. Good luck house hunting!

2nd ad: Two bedroom, one bath, one car garage. Central heat and air conditioning.
When you see a series of 3 numbers, it's bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage spaces. Half baths are .5. So a 3/2.5/2 would be 3 bedrooms, 2 + 1/2 bath, 2 car garage.
