i'm greatly surprised that no longer between the 15 solutions in the previous me have tried to respond to the question logically. The preferrred court docket of the u . s . a . is the only place the place he must be tried. Congress exceeded a regulation some 10-15 years in the past that states that everybody individuals voters, civilian or militia, won't have the ability to be tried in the previous the international court docket of Justice (ICJ) on the Hague or in the conflict Crimes Tribunal (WCT), yet purely in the USA. confident, many human beings, the two interior and outdoor of the U. S., evaluate G.W. Bush and his administration as conflict Criminals, and that they must be tried. whether this happens, I doubt it. the U. S. has a bad checklist of attempting conflict Criminals, and has even given sanctuary to many Nazis and others. so some distance, the only people who've been tried for conflict Crimes have been enemies of the U. S., or 2 Nuns from Belgium who supported one tribe of human beings in the Congo, or the Serb chief from the "Balkan conflict" of the 1990's (and purely because of the fact he became into Serbian and not Croation (Ustashi -- Fascists) or Kosovian. The Croatian and Kosovian conflict criminals have been by no skill tried. Lt. Cally (Vietnam conflict) became into tried as a conflict criminal and became into sentenced to "life Imprisonment with stressful labour," yet he purely served 3 days in detention center and 3 years in 'living house arrest' in the previous being pardoned in 1974 by making use of President Ford. The inquiry into the My Lai bloodbath discovered that 30 squaddies could be charged with significant crimes alongside with 28 officers and 2 NCO's. Lt. Calley became into the only one charged.

Bush is facing off against an irrational, apocalyptic enemy that ATTACKED US FIRST.
Funny thing about human nature - in any confrontation between two parties, people will always villify the most rational side, because it can be reasoned with.

And that's why Bush is called a war criminal.

I'm not a politician nor do I always trust the media themselves. Sometimes they only show 1 aspect of the truth but on the whole truths. Therefore, we can't put too much emphasis or personal feelings on what we have seen on TV either.

YES, if there was justice in this world, he would be tried for war against humanity along with his associates, Blair, Sharon, Olmert, Peres, Howard and others.

He certainly is and history will treat him that way... He has forced three genocidal wars on the world which could have been avoided. Instead of this energies could have been diverted towards capturing and dislodging the real threats to peace.

The agenda they have in mind is to deliberately divide people of the world so as to have a constant enemy and reason to go to war... whatever the human cost. This polarized politics helps them to stay in power and acquire sweeping control over democratic institutions. All dictators or people tending to become dictators have used the same strategy. We must not forget that Hitler came to power through elections.

He's broken several statutes under the Constitution. He's disregarded international law and incited a careless and poorly planned war . drove the economy to it's lowest in decades . Is responsible for sending thousands of soldiers to their deaths under dubious forged evidence . Has given corporate criminals more leniency to destroy the environment and has refused to sign the Kyoto clause . Has suspended(illegally) Amendments 4,5,6, and 8 and has desecrated the constitution .

If this is not grounds for impeachment then what is .

Yes he is a war criminal, and he will be tried as a war criminal once out of office! He'll be tried by the world court, with whom he tried to cut a deal, to no avail!

I believe the biggest travesty is what is occurring with Saddam. He should have never been tried in Iraq. Just the appearance is sick as we all know the outcome!

He should have been tried by the world court as well!!

No, are you a fish? right name and it appears your not getting any oxygen to your brain. Better get back in the water

Coragryph- What did I miss? All I could find in your case law was the refusal by the Supreme Court to allow Bush to do what he wanted to do with the detainees. Not any ruling that he had already violated law. But that he would be. if he followed thru.
