I don't know. Maybe. If it makes you happy to ask stupid meaningless questions and give up the 5 points, then I say go for it. Who cares what anyone else looks like if they choose to answer it in a way that you feel is foolish. Have fun :)

There are two types of stupid questions: the ones that are just plain incomprehensible (which I ignore), and the ones that just beg for a sarcastic, silly answer (which I enjoy providing, and frequently amuse enough other people that they vote it as best answer). For an example, check out the question "Are there trees in Antarctica?" Definitely a stupid question, but one I just couldn't resist answering.
