2 move handcuffs under yourself.
3 lean forward
4 lift feet.
5 swing arms toward feet
6 raise arms in front of feet.
7 handcuffs should be in front of you.

For some people, they simply step through. But darling, why would you want to do that? Being handcuffed behind the back is much more delicious.

I have done this. Just put your feet through. and Viola the handcuffs are in front, really pisses the cops off, though

Squat down in the floor, put your hands against the back of your heels and underneath which will bring them to the front.of you. I saw this in a movie called Silent Hill Hard to do if you are not flexible.

put your wrists behind your knees, then one at a time (the first one is the hardest) slip your foot up over the cuffs between your legs, then the other leg, then you use your newly freed appendages to cause whatever damage you have to to escape capture, obtain a vehicle and avoid recapture by all means necessary.

Well, I'd probably attempt to step through my arm loop. But I'm not that flexible, so I'll probably get stuck in that position. Then I'll fall down and bust my ***.

if they are on me i would jump and you swing the cuffs under you i've done it before but you have to practice before a cop does it or you land on your asz and then most cops hit you with that knightstick or if their just behind me on a table you turn around and ther in front of you
