It's my first time to go to NY I wuld like to know if I can wear skirt in NY during winter.

oh definitely !!!!!!!!! you can wear cute tights to match and sexy long boots! i don't really like those Ugg ones.....they're just ugghhhh!!!!!!!!!

Sure but it will be COLD! In the city the subway will be heated and most places have subway stops with in a couple blocks, so if you can bare it for a couple blocks go for it! You should however wear a pair of comfortable boots! There is a lot of walking in the city. You could also wear thick tights to help shield you from the cold, and leg warmers are in style if you wear them with the right skirt/shoes!

OH!! DARLIN!!!! I have never been in a NY winter and hope to never be!! BUT, a cute skirt or denim gaucho's with the vest --silk shirt and boots is to die for!!! SKIRTS ARE ALWAYS IN!!! Is good if your are a size 10-12. GOOD LUCK AND let me know how winter in NY is!!! I am NOT to fond of NY city!! IS TO big,,, silly, ugly--WAY TO COLD AND BAD!!! I will just take DOWN SOUTH!! Yup. Wear dark, muted colors and pastels and possibly even leggings beneath. Long skirts are good for winter too.

You could get sick if you wear a skirt in the winter though!

Yes you can, but you will be very cold. I suggest thick tights or atleast nylons and a long winter coat.
