No, I think we have been lucky, we still have many vunerablitys, we are exposed in many ways. I think the answer is in your question, the terrorist are working world wide and have hit many countrys, some got caught before they could do anything bad. Like the people in Canada and the ones in England. So maybe some of the security that Bush has put in is working. But we still could be hit by terrorist anytime.

If the terrorist is smart they will attack at the weak spots. Every time I hear of a train being derailed or a forest fire being started I think could that have been a terrorist? You see its much easyer to defeat your enemy by making them use more resorces then you do in the war assuming your side stays alive. And that is exactly what is happening. America is spending trillions to fight against people spending millions or billions of dollars. If a war like this last for long enoth the side that over extended itself will fall back or lose. Best to fall back when you're ahead imo. But of course our country is a war country and as the worlds superpower we kinda have to be so now we have very lil options on the table. If only the individual in society would try to love and respect more im sure that things will change slowly.

Of course the president's actions have helped keep the US safe. It is better to go on the offensive and engage the enemy as far from our homeland as possible. Retreating from Iraq will only encourage and facilitate terrorist attacks in this country. Also when President Bush actually follows through with his threats rather than making empty threats like BJ Clinton, it shows that we mean business.

Pakistan has become hot bed for the terrorists and due to warm relations between the USA and Pakistan, terrorists did not strike the USA.

Do you believe that after the successful attacks of 9/11 the islamic radicals got scared and said not to do it again? Maybe it's a conspiracy to let us think that the president is keeping us safer. and...and maybe we have been attacked, but george bush covered it up. You can make up all kinds of theories but the simplest explanation is usually correct....YES.

in a way, yes, because both us and the terrorists are on our toes, not giving them enough quiet time to carry out an attack, and making us more alert to threats. But if ever let up, we will fall back into the same lull, and they will hit again. Stupid terrorists.

No... if we had a terror attack on US soil the Bush admin would have nowhere to hide, it's a desperate situation for the Bushy's.. I am not sure of what happened on 9/11 and neither is anyone else.. until we determine where that attack really came from.. we can make no proper determinations of who the enemy is..

many of the terrorists were given practise and recruited with the help of Pakistani isi and that i imagine by using warm temperature kin individuals between Pakistan and the country, terrorists did not make yet another attack.

No. They are still plotting. Some have been caught before they had a chance to attack.
