Buy the ring,marry her,have 3 children,of course you wont know if they are yours,then she will leave and you can pay child support for 3 kids who may or may not be your's. If this is what you want your life to be like then do it.But if she is cheating ALL the time now,she will continue,a ring and a piece of paper will not change that.Just hope she uses protection while with other guys,you do not want to end up with AIDS.So in other words,use common sense and move on with out her.there are better people out there.

Sounds like you might want to think of a open relationship, Or try talking about new things you can try together to spice up your relationship. The only problem is once they cheat, they don't stop. Good luck.

uhhhh.....whatever you do....DO NOT GET MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!! you will be miserable...your too young...your too young to be in any kind of serious relationship...you need to be going out with as many girls as you can and you should be having PROTECTED SEX with as many of them as possible...then...and only then...if you at least 30 years old and find a nice girl...then you get married....then you will be able to be in happy, healthy long lasting marriage.
