I just moved up here by the UofM now and have been checking out college type bars which is alright but i wouldnt mind knowing cheaper type bar with bands and stuff.. i already know about quest and first ave... bands have told about caboose and nomad but i cant find them on mapquest

No, but I've been to Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Mall of America is a piece of Americana, huh? I spoke with someone in Minnesota today. I also work with 2 people who hails from Minnesota. I have yet to meet anyone from Minnesota who have enjoyed dogsledding in the north country.
I always recommend that they try it at once/twice in their life. Amazing sport. The dogs are beautiful and strong.
