I am an isomniac and I get about 5-8 hours of sleeep a week...and nothing really helps...obviously alcohol helps but you dont get the proper REM sleep...but usually when i want to fall asleep I watch some kind of animal documentary or something very boring...usually doesnt work, but i hope it works for someone else

Cute question. It varies, most of the time, my tv, when my boyfriend stays, nothing, when I am really having a hard time getting to sleep, (tv or no tv, bf or no bf) I count sheep. And Im not even playing! I dress each one up in different outfits...as they jump over the fences haha I know, its very lame but desperate times call for desperate measures ZZZzzzz....

TV--I put it on sleep timer and hop into bed. I started doing that when I first lived on my own--the TV was always on. I think it felt like there was another person in the apartment with me. Since then, I cannot go to sleep in a quiet room.

I fall asleep to the sound of my husband snoring in my ear. I have a hard time getting to sleep at night without that sound!
