You can get on yahoo 360 by just logging in to yahoo messenger I believe and they will ask if you want to be in it and then just say yes and it will walk you thru the rest.

Type in 360 page under search, and it should take you to some explanations on how to do it. Either that, or try to connect with someone on 360 and do it that way.
