Jake Plummer personally might have what it takes, but Jake Plummer as a part of the Denver Broncos does not. As someone else said, you need a complete team, including all the "non-glory" positions. Blitz Plummer like Pittsburgh and Indianapolis have had success doing, and he makes mistakes, which lead to losses.

You get in Jake Plummer's face like Pittsburgh did in the AFC Championship game last year he will throw the bad interception often. He runs such a long way in the backfield to throw picks.

Hey, Trent Dilfer won a superbowl, and if he can do it, there's no reason why Jake Plummer can't. Of course, winning the big one still takes a solid team full of good players - no quarterback can do it alone.

The Broncos are a legitimate superbowl contender. That doesn't mean they'll win, but it wouldn't be a shock if they did.

Unless he really grows this year as a QB I feel Cutler will have his job by this time next year. Maybe sooner.
