The shower head is most likely clogged with debris or hard water deposits. Take the head off. There should be a small screen in there. Clean it out and soak the head for a while in a product called CLR. It is a calcium, lime and rust remover that will clean out any hard water deposits. You can get it at any hardware store, or somewhere like a Wal-Mart. Put everything back together and you should have a shower that works like new! Good luck
You probably DON"T need a new shower head like many people are suggesting.

Remove the shower head and take a shower. then soak the nozzle part overnight by immersing it in vinegar, this will clear the hard water deposits.Don't try blowing air thru the pipe,it will never work. Its squeaking because the water can't escape with a blocked nozzle. And if it's not coming out up top, than it is flowing in the easiest direction, which is either the tub faucet or leaking into the wall.

I'm assuming you've heard of taking a bath. OK sounds like the valve that shuts off the tub and on the shower is worn out. Play with it some and see if that changes. When it is pulled up you can block the water to the tub outlet and it should go to the shower head. Shove a piece of soap in there and prop it and take a shower.

the water has calcified, meaning water deposits have accumulated where the water passes just like clogged arteries. you seriously need a plumber for that. or you can try your vacuum cleaner and set to blower then blow thru the faucet. this would dirty the water coming out for a while but it does help.
