I would recommend M.Sc. over the MBA because the MBA is too general a degree to get in biotech. If you want to manage people in biotech I'd recommend getting experience first and then getting an MBA.
Top name colleges in India Biotech are bottom names in US biotech. Apply for college in the United States. Besides, if you get a degree in the states, you'll probably get a job here too, and that means you'll get paid about twice what India would pay you.

As a student of B.Tech biotech i prefer M.Sc biotech instead M.B.A since after having a good knowledge in biotech when you apply for M.B.A in abroad it will be helpful for your career

Type postgraduate course in bio tech India at yahoo search choose whichever is relevant to you from the list.Regarding your choice of MSC or MBA if i were you i would do MSC because it is continuation of BSC and it enrichens my bio knowledge and gives more weight age to my educational qualification.Any further clarification if required post the question in detail again .
