It depends, sometimes the foreskin might be really tight and cause pain on erection, that could lead to ED. Usually it's just tight enough that it doesn't retract but it doesn't cause pain.

In any case, if it's uncomfortable or one wants it retracted, something should be done about it. The easiest solution is to stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain for a few min each day for a few weeks, in a sense enlarging the radius of the opening. There are prescription creams that're supposed to help too. As someone said before, if a doctor recommends circumcision outright then you might want a second opinion.

I'm not 100% sure on that one but I don't think it leads to ED. If the foreskin doesn't retract fully it might lead to some pain if adhesions are present. Age has a lot to do with it. It's my understanding that the foreskin may still have some adhesions into teen years and I believe this is normal. I think some steriod creams and stretching of the skin "exercises" may also help with it. Again, I'm not 100% but I think these links may help:

It's possible it might and possible it might not. Plenty of people have tight foreskins and live perfectly normal lives. If it's not inhibiting your sex life or causing you pain, leave it alone. If you do want to do something about it, ask your urologist for a cortisone cream and stretching exercises to loosen the ring of tightness. If your doctor right out recommends circumcision, never speak to him again. Anyone doctor who recommends any sort of surgery without discussing other options is not someone you want to let within 10 feet of your penis with a laser or scalpel.
