My mother is involved with an individual that has alot of strange business surrounding him. I want to make sure that this guy does not have any warrants, and if he does I don't want my mother to go down with him cause to her love is blind.

Net Detective and those kind of things can help do background checks, but probably won't show current warrants. Your best bet is to call the local police and ask them where to look. They will be happy to help.
