They shouldn't, any more than other cleaners do.

What type of drainage system do you mean? And what type of cleaners? If you mean a septic system and the drainage field that is part of it, you should be careful of the cleaners you use and whenever possible buy ones that are made with the drainage field in mind.

Sodium in ordinary detergents, soaps, household cleaners, and water softeners causes clay particles in the soils to chemically bond.

Grease and organic matter form a tar-like layer called the biomat. When the biomat grows too thick a waterproof barrier develops and absorption stops.

If this is the type of issue you mean, mostly what you need to do is to be aware of how to maintain your system.
