How can I make herbal capsules myself?

I want to use herbal method for breast enlargement but no herbal capsules are produced in my country, so I want to make them myself. I just want to have useful and effective herbal capsules.

I've tryed herbs in tea and sprout forms, but they didn't work for me.I know that .I don't know what do herbal capsules which are made by different companies include that make the herbs more effective. I think they have somethings more than pure herbs. So I want to make herbal capsules that are as effective as company-made herbal capsules.

I know that I can make herbal capsules by filling empty capsules with herbs, but as I've told above, I want to have the herbal capsules which are as effective as company-made herbal capsules. So please help me.

YOu can get the herbs you need, AND empty capsules, at any healthfood store. I make my own red pepper capsules. It's easy, just make sure your hands are dry or the capsules get sticky.
