I only had TracFone for a month before I ditched it. You get charged, or at least I did, when you make or receive a call [no free incoming calls]. To be able to make international calls you have to call customer service to set up your account to make those calls. If you haven't purchased a TracFone yet, don't do it. Their customer service are complete morons, online website is no help and the price per minute is outrageous.
