Supplies would include anything that your printer needs to function such as ink or paper.
Accessories are items that are optional for your printer and is being used in conjunction with your printer such as Bluetooth adapters, carrying cases (portable photo printers), etc.
For an example, consider the HP 385 portable photo printer. Supplies would include the ink cartridge and the photo paper. Some optional accessories for that printer are a battery, carrying case, a Bluetooth adapter for wireless printing, and perhaps a service plan.

Technically, 'supplies' would be things such as ink, paper, etc. Any thing that is used by the printer.
An 'accessory' would be something like a printer stand or a paper tray.
In practice, most places that handle printer supplies carry both âº

Supplies are what the printer needs to do it's job(toner, paper, ink)....Accessories simply help it make it's job better or make it look better(a color face plate, a paper tray that will hold 100 sheets vs 50).
