I've answered this question before, but I don't mind doing so again.

Assuming you could not wish for more wishes...
I would wish for the following.
1. That the truth about belief systems would be made known to all peoples. Meaning that the one true belief system would be shown to be irrefutably true to all peoples, regardless of what the belief system is (be it Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Darwinism, ect...) and all others would be shown to be false, incorrect, and erronous. This way man would either have to admit the truth, or be labled as intellectualy dishonest and anti-truth.
2. That my two daughters would live a good life filled with happiness, joy, fulfilment, and success (in the way that it is best for them, be it monetary, spiritual, social, etc...)
3. That someone far wiser than I would be given the last wish in order that he/she may bennefit humanity in a way that I would not have imagined.

I'd wish for the impossible things lol...
1) I wish people could travel by teleportation -- to and from -- and live in planet Mars so we won't have to worry about over-population, pollution and depletion of natural resources.
2) I wish I'm a superhero and maintain world peace.
3) I wish I'm the richest man in the world so it won't be difficult for me to donate to the needy, finance projects that's beneficial to the masses and purchase what my heart desires.
