Why Can't People See my Live Streaming on my Website?

Question

I just launched a website with a catcam using windows media software. On my computer the page comes up nicely with streaming video, but apparently other people aren;t getting the video on their comps. The site is www.kittiesinthehood.com and I'd be grateful if you would test it for me and/or let me know how I can figure it out.

I am pretty sure this has to do with your router. I think you need a static IP to do what you are trying to do.
