OK girl, the thing you need to do is to be comfortable with yourself, try not to focus more on negative stuff as it puts our self esteem down....A girl with a higher self esteem is the one who is confident and comfortable. Always tell yourself how down to earth a person you are, and you can do anything, achieve anything ,if you put your heart on to it. I am not telling you to be proud or arrogant, you need to just appreciate yourself more, remember we are all different and what you are is nobody else!!! Cheers....

Girl I use to have the same problem and it's very simple. Keep yourself very busy doing positive things. Always do everything you can do to improve yourself. Exercise regularly (healthy body truley does equal an extremely healthy mind ). Don't dwell on negative thoughts-get busy doing positive! NEVER, and I mean NEVER let criticism or insults get to you. Laugh at the naysayers! Keep yourself focused. The naysayers will never perish-they will be with you forever. Look at where the naysayers end up-Nowhere. Pray to God because he will do everything to help you. Trust me you will see a huge difference. I hope I helped you. I had the lowest self esttem in the world when I was young, but you will never find a more confident person alive today.

First off. Smile. All the time. Even when you dont feel like it, smile. It really makes you happier.
Next take a good look in the mirror and figure out what make up and hair style suits your face. Go have a makeover if you can afford it. Wear only clothes that flatter you.
then, you need to replace the friends you have who are critical of you.
Dont linger on your perceived flaws. Everyone has them and they usually aren't worth dwelling on. Try to be positive about yourself
And SMILE!

If one is esteemed highly enough by others then (s)he will have no need for "self-esteem". Be a person who does things which make you worthy of esteem from others.

Know the most, think the most and feel the most that you possibly can. Don't sell yourself short for any reason. Especially to be with a man (or woman as the case may be).
