Is it possible to have a bacterial sample that is both Gram positive as well as Acid-fast positive?

Probably not but there are some ambiguous results.

Acid-fast positive bacteria include a number of types which stain neither gram-negative nor gram-positive. These include:

Mycobacterium leprae
Mycobacterium tuberculosis

i dont think thats possible...I read it somewhere but that was a long time ago...
