Do you like it? Despise it? I think it's a horrible rip off of American Idol. At least America's Got Talent was entertaining. This show stinks worse than rotten garbage!

I was just gonna say that is doesn't even compare to American Idol, So you think you can dance, or America's got talent. I watch it just to see which celebs will be on that night. Not pleased what-so-ever

Of course it's sort of a "copy" people...It's Simon Cowell's show. I don't think the whole premise of this show is to be the best singer in the country as AI is. This show is solely for entertainment value and to promote upcoming projects from artists (notice how most of the guest singers have a new album coming out). The fact that the prize money goes to the winner's favorite charity is a plus in my book.
Granted, the contestants aren't the best singers, but I like watching it...seeing if people who are famous for things other than singing can actually sing. The biggest seller for me is seeing who the guest artists are. Some of these people I haven't seen perform on anything in forever and it has been a real treat to see them perform (Ex. Jeffery Osborne, Smokey Robinson, Aretha Franklin, etc.) Then there are the ones that are still "out there" in the public eye that are still nice to see (Wynonna, the Destiny's Child girl *sorry, can't think of her name*, etc.)
So, the long answer to this for me is maybe it's just me but,....YES, I enjoy it.

It is a copy. Wayne Brady(?) tries to be like Ryan Seacrest. The man that tries to be mean is a pale imitation of Simon. Some of the contestants can sing better than the latest American Idol winner.

It along with shows like it is a pile of feces. No one should be subjected to watch such crap. I wouldn't even force anyone to watch it if I were engaged in torture tactics.

I watched about ten minutes of the first episode and in a nutshell, it SUCKS! Hate to be short and to the point. :-)
