See a doctor promptly. He can ask the right questions and run the right tests. The odds are it was indigestion, anxiety, fatigue or some combination, but it could have been something serious. You can do something about it and formulate a plan in case it happens again.

I'm not sure what your chest pain could have been, but sometimes it happens when your short of breath and cant breathe easily or when your lungs are oxygen deprived. To be on the safe side go see a doctor.

You haven't described the typical symptoms for a female having a myocardial infarction (heart attack). The symptoms for a woman are different than those for a man. It may be anxiety but play it safe and take yourself to an ER/ED and get checked out.

You maybe lactose intolerant and they ice cream gave you some severe heart burn.
It could also be that you are so stressed that your digestive system was (is) shutting down. It's the first bodily system to shut down under stress. I've been down this road. If you start gaining weight then you really need to get some stress management!!

I get that too, especially when my bra is tight. Its stress related. I can almost guarantee that. I went to a doctor, and got x-rays and found nothing wrong. I quit the job that was causing my stress, and it went away. If you want to be safe, get a check up at the doctors.

it still can be heartburn. many things besides foods can bring on heartburn. stress, for instance. predisposition to it in the gene line...
i just went through this, this week. one huge emergency room bill later... i am heart healthy.
it was a gripping, excruciating pain that lasted for about 3 hours... yes, i guess heartburn can be so intense that people really believe they are having a heart attack.
however; if you have any family history of heart disease, etc. please do discuss this with your doctor.

I would have gone straight to the hospital or called 911. Yes stress can cause these symptoms also. But , why risk it. It does not matter your age. Please Call your Dr. and get an appointment. If you have any symptoms still please seek help. Good luck.
