Each is different,my third was the hardest and my fourth the easiest.Usually you get a trade off,I had morning sickness with one kid,horrible leg cramps with another,tailbone pain,and my only complaint with my last pregnancy was pubic symphasis pain where the ligaments and joints loosen to much and your legs feel like they are going to snap off.

Each pregnancy is different, you should talk to your doctor. I was so freaking exhausted with my third, and the doctor just laughed. He told me OF COURSE I was tired, I was pregnant with two toddlers at home! So it could just be that. Maybe you're so busy with your first three, you aren't taking as good care of yourself as before.
In any event, call your doctor if you have any questions or worries.

I don't know my 4th 5th and 6th I didn't have any m/s comapred to my first 3. each one is different.

same thing i keep wondering with my third. I think it all depends each time.
