do all the guys I like say " ur like a sister to me" or " i think of u as my sister" or " ur like a lil sister" whyy??
how do I make them think more of me then that??
this sucks. its happened to me twice in one month!! ugh HELLP!!

That's just a guys way of saying he isn't interested in you like that. He just wants to be your friend.

Just don't try so hard! When it is suppose to happen it will! Don't force it. It is better to start out friends...or "sister" to them cuz they will tell you everything then when they see you for you, you will know more about them then anyone. You might figure out they are a better friend and are glad you didn't date them. I have a friend who did that when I met and I felt the same as you did. "I don't wanna feel like a brother"! But now its been 16 yrs and we are best friends! I am super glad we never dated cuz it might've only lasted a few months and I wouldn't have gotten the chance to know her like I do now! So just let go and be you, it'll happen in its time!!! (sorry for the winded answer!)

I would recommend trying not to be too open, leave some mystery. Guys usually like a challenge and if you are too close to them they might put you in the "sister-like" category. I had this problem when I was in high school because I preferred being friends with the guys since they usually wouldn't stab me in the back. I learned to just be friendly and lightly flirtatious and not become one of the guys. Good luck.

when you meet someone, you either know you like them as a bf of gf figure usually right away. If not they really like you being like a sister or brother to them, and you just need to accept that and move on... there are so many more fish in the sea, hunny. And you will meet someone who thinks the world of you.
It also means they like you just as a friend, and they are not physical or mentally attracted to you. Its about seeing someone who is imperfect perfectly.

It sound slike you are doing a great job making a personal connection with them but are not communicating that you want a sexual relationship. Try just asking them to be more than friends since you are so close already. They will appreciate your honesty and give you an honest answer. Otherwise they are idiots and you shouldn't bother with them.
