Sorry.. but tks for the 1 reply rec'd. This is the story..
After we realized our ic was not returned we went back to the cso within 2-3min. He told us he did not take it as he needed only our hp number verbally. The branch manger told us to go home saying he will mail it to us if found. I was not happy with the reply so we approach the police. In the presence of the policemen both cso said they accessed into our data based on the hp number given verbally, both denied taking our ic. That's where I asked the branch manger "You mean anybody can just mentioned a hp number and you give the information." As a crowd was forming the police did not allow me to pursue the matter. Upon returning home I called 1626, a lady claiming to be the manager heard me out and say she will look into the matter. No reply from her. Few days later I called again a guy name Brian says the CCTV guys is on leave will get back to me. I have been calling 1626 ~their side silent~ Appealing the px in e Q 2 help.

tks for guiding me how to use the site.

cso - customer service officer
ic - identity card
px - person
e - the
Q - queue
2 - to

I would like my message to be on and on in this site till Singtel call me. Reason - everytimes I call 1626 the operator says Brian is in a meeting, they have not seen him, etc. They take down my name and contact number but Brian never call me.

Is it possible. How do I keep the message going?

We will be going down to the same police post to lodge a formal report tomorrow morning.

thank you for the responses

Would you kindly explain your abbreviations like CSO and IC and "px in e Q 2"

If you think something has been stolen fill out a police report, if you do not gain satisfaction from the police escalate the matter to an attorney.
