You need to find out if he is interested in you. If there is a possibility of a future together, then one of you should quit so you can be together.

Ask him straight out if he is interested. If so, then ask why he won't date you. If he is afraid that his personal relationship and professional relationship won't work, then drop him as he is imature. I met my DH at work...and we have been married 6 yrs this December....
